APHF Hosting Services
The services are tailored based on each project’s or client’s needs and model. We offer a range of services for sponsored projects including: financial management, due diligence and reporting, legal compliance, grant proposal review and submission, contract management, grantmaking, human resources administration, and fundraising advice for the projects, convening and meeting support, and access to meeting space.
Management fees
APHF charges a management fee of up to 15%, the exact percentage will depend on the size and complexity of the project. The fee covers the costs of the services provided. Additional set up costs may be charged directly.
Eligibility and Considerations
To be eligible for fiscal sponsorship, the group or projects must meet the following:
- Reflect a similar commitment to the goals set forth in APHF’s vision, mission, and value set.
- The work supported must be for purposes which are legal, and in no way jeopardize the tax status of APHF.
- The project budget must meet APHF budget guidelines which include inclusion of a management fee agreed upon at the beginning of the fiscal hosting relationship
